FEST SUBMISSION RULES

There are three simple, primary rules:

1) Primary creators of the film must be enrolled in an Central Texas middle school, high school, or currently be homeschooled.
2) Films must be no longer than 7* minutes.
3) Only one film application per film will be eligible.

*this is a 2 minute increase from last year!
